Shipping Policy

H & S Farms ships with UPS 2nd Day Air, (Please refer to our shipping calendar for details). Shipping and handling cost is included with all tropical flower prices.
Ordering days are Monday thru Wednesdays until 12 noon HST, orders placed on Thursday and Friday will be shipped-out on the next available shipping date.
At the check-out cart please choose a date you would like your order to be delivered. If delivery date is left blank, we will ship-out at our next available shipping date. We do not offer Saturday delivers.
We cannot accept or offer delivery time requests with UPS. For any questions on shipping/delivery times or shipping dates contact UPS. By ordering, you acknowledge our shipping process, delivery dates and times.
Once you’re order is processed, it will take 2 days transit time for delivery. A tracking Number will be emailed to your address once it’s processed and issued by us.
Important factors to consider when placing an order. 1. Please ensure there is someone to accept the gift box. 2. UPS does not require signature upon arrival, therefore order may be left unattended, and this is also during winter season or any rough weather. You are responsible to ensure that delivery arrangements are made.
Orders shipped to California, should be accordingly planed out for delivery date. All California Shipments might be delayed due to Department of Agricultural inspections, therefore, orders should be scheduled to arrive one day sooner. There will be NO Compensation for orders being delayed by the Department of Agricultural government inspectors.
Important Please Read:

Please make sure that shipping address is accurate. If changes are needed to be made to the shipping address after order has be processed and shipped, there will be additional $11 charge made to your Credit card. This charge is issued by UPS. For information on this charge visit www.UPS.com.
We do not Ship to Alaska, United Kingdom, Japan, China, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Tracking Numbers will be emailed to you after your order has been processed.
All Flower Orders placed during October 26th to May 30th will be weather packed.

Cancellations: We will accept cancelations on any order at any time, all you have to do is contact us and your order can be cancelled and you will receive a full refund. Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed, once processed and shipped we will NOT be able to apply any cancellations and refunds will not be issued at this time.
